Free Shipping on orders over $99.00

FREE UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Mail for the 48 contiguous states for all retail priced product orders over $99.00. Specific oversized units and sale items excluded from this offer. Some orders shipping UPS air mail may have additional shipping charges applied because of oversized packages. Shipping cost on air orders maybe subject to change before shipment.  Questions? We are now shipping some packages via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. This is the most economical and fast service. USPS is good for USA Orders only! USPS can only accommodate 6 Jewel Cases or 20 Sleeved discs. When shopping, weights can be viewed on each product. Jewel cased products weigh .16 Lbs. Sleeved products weigh .05 Lbs. WARNING: Priority Mail is typically delivered in 3-5 days 90% of the time, however, it is NOT a guaranteed traceable service--taking up to two weeks in rare cases. If you are NOT willing to take a chance like this and need your package by a certain date, we recommend you select a different method. Cost is a flat rate $4.95.

Global Priority Mail - USPS

We are now shipping some packages via USPS Global Mail. This is the most economical and fast service.  USPS can only accommodate 6 Jewel Cases or 20 Sleeved discs. Service Standards To International Locations

We do accept orders online for most of our International Customers.   International Customers must use Global Priority Mail as the only means to ship their purchase. Orders over $99.00 are not free with these orders.

Returns and Backorder Policy

Backorder Policy

We try our best to fill every order for all of our customers. However, we reserve the right to ship any order and email the customer regarding any missing item in that order. When the missing item is shipped, shipping charges will not apply on the backorder and will be sent out by the most economical method.

Return Policy

Karaoke Soundtracks:
Due to the nature of soundtrack sales and copyright laws, soundtracks cannot be returned for anything other than replacement of the identical item purchased. Should a replacement be necessary due to damage or defect, a note indicating the specific problem must be attached. Your merchandise will be tested by our technician before an exchange is processed.


Software:
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, software cannot be returned for anything other than replacement of the identical item purchased. Your merchandise will be tested by our technician before an exchange is processed. Please contact the service department if you believe your software is defective or if you have any questions, call 1-888-290-2278.


Non-Defective Equipment:
We will issue a refund on non-defective equipment within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will refund the purchase price of the equipment, not including shipping charges, less a 15% restocking Fee.. All equipment must be returned in its original packaging and must include all accessories that came with it. (Ex.: manuals, all other documentation, connecting cables, microphones, free promotional items, etc.) Any equipment that appears to have been used or is not in new condition will be sent back and no refund or exchange will be processed.


Defective Equipment:
We will exchange defective equipment within 30 days of the original purchase date. All equipment must be returned in its original packaging and must include all accessories that came with it. (Ex.: manuals, all other documentation, connecting cables, microphones, free promotional items, etc.) A note must be enclosed indicating the specific problem. Your merchandise will be inspected by a technician before an exchange or refund is processed. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty applies. Shipments made outside the continental USA will not be refunded any shipping charges and the return cost of the defective equipment will be the responsibility of the customer.


Return Procedures:
KaraokeCart.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. We will then contact US or Canada Post to pick up the merchandise to determine if it was mishandled during shipment.
